The Expression of Interest (EOI), will be through a 100% Convertible Bond of 5 years, at a rate of 7% single Interest per year, payable after 5 years.

Payment Convertible Bond

In case there is no Initial Exchange offering on VanEx Exchange, the bond becomes due after 7 year including 7% interest x 5 years.
