UBMCP has chosen for a hybrid structure, that means NV-Shares and NV-Tokens, the conversion is 1 NV-Share = 1,000 NV-Tokens.

5 Public Offerings

In our Info-Memorandum the 5 Public offerings are shown with year, and planned sales of NV-Shares. The first Initial Exchange offerings will be on our VanEx Exchange, followed by 4 public offerings.

Price Book Value - (5.0)

The Price Book Value (PBV) remains around 5.0. This is shown in our Investor Presentation & Information Memorandum.

Max 2.5 Billion - UBMCP NV-Shares

The Max amount of NV-Shares is limited to 2.5 billion UBMCP NV-Shares, as will be defined in the Articles of Association.

NV-Shares - BVI

The IBC holding the NV-Shares will be incorporated in Britisch Virgin Islands.

NV-Tokens - Singapore

The NV-Tokens will be sold from Company registrated in Singapore, details will be provided in Nov 2027.
